Wine with Asian Dumplings? You Bet.

Southside's newest restaurant, Blue Bamboo, has made it easy to pair dumplings and wine by offering 25 wines by the glass, and wine-friendly appetizers and entrees. A bonus to the experience is Blue Bamboo's selection of dessert wine, which complements its classic desserts with an Asian accent. The restaurant features a wine lounge and unique “translucent kitchen window,” and will offer patio seating. Blue Bamboo is open for lunch Monday through Friday, and for dinner Monday through Saturday.
